A beautiful home on a lake for a retired couple in the middle of wine country, VA. Transformed a dated 1970’s exterior to a contemporary new-build look. Additional of a year-round sun room, home gym, primary bath and 12,000 sq ft multi-tier deck. The couple wanted to create an open living space for visiting family and grandchildren with flexible outdoor/indoor living spaces.
